of northern Newfoundland. Less than a minute after taking this picture yesterday, these boys all jumped into the water at the same time. This is an inlet from the ocean and the air temperature was 57. It’s 43 and raining today. We are sitting at an overlook in St. Anthony looking at the cruise ship “Ocean Princess”. More later.
P.S. A few days ago I wrote that Western Brook Pond was a fiord. Wrong. It’s a lake but is often compared to the fiords of Norway because of the mountains rising straight up from the water.
