In order to see the rest of Zion National Park we had to pass through a 1 mile tunnel but because Tulip is considered oversized there was a $15 fee. The tunnel was temporarily made one way for us to drive down the middle of it.
Can you believe this sky? It’s a shame we can’t have air this clear and clean in our cities.
Utah’s Scenic Byway 12 has been designated a National Scenic Byway AND an All-American Road by the Federal Highway Administration, making it one of the most unique roads in the U.S. This scenic byway spans a route of 124 miles and goes through 3 national parks, 3 state parks, a national recreation area, and a national monument. It’s the route that we are driving.
