In San Carlos (Sonora, Mexico)

Quick post to let everyone know that we are in San Carlos at the very nice Totonanka RV Park.  San Carlos is about 240 miles from Nogales, Arizona but it seems like such a long drive because of many construction zones which will eventually make for a great highway.  We encountered about 6 other motorhomes on the road today and the manager here at the park said it’s busier this year.  Glad to hear that because so many people were scared off of coming to Mexico the past few years.

The RV park gave each of us a coupon for a free margarita and we wasted no time going next door to unwind and also eat a great seafood dinner.

It’s nice to have full hookups, Wi-Fi, and no need for heat.  It has been so very cold every night in Arizona.  And now Molly is zonked because she stays so alert all day when we are driving.  She is good company and I’m glad I brought her.

No pictures for now.  Maybe tomorrow.
